We are delighted to share that Rosemary Lepe, our Senior Operations Manager, was nominated as a finalist in the 2018 Hertfordshire Care Awards in the excellent leadership category. The Accedo Care team enjoyed a fantastic night of celebrations at Knebworth Barns. As a result of her nomination, we have kindly asked Rosemary to share a few words:
“A job is usually just a means to an end. I never imagined I’d wake up every morning looking forward to work. I never thought I’d work in a place with so many like-minded people whose company I so enjoy. I was surprised to find myself as a nominee for the leadership award. What an honour and privilege it is to represent such a fantastic company and I truly couldn’t think of another team I’d rather work with”.
