We provide supported living services in Barnet North London. This means that essentially, you are the homeowner or tenant of your own flat, house or shared house where our team will come in to support you with what you need, when you need it.

You have the same rights and responsibilities as everyone who lives in the community. This means you have to look after your accommodation, cook, do your weekly shopping and pay your own bills! We will help you with these items as it may seem new or daunting, especially if you haven’t lived alone before.

We can support you to attend activities or college and also help you find employment supporting you if you need us to. We are registered with CQC to provide personal care within our supported living services, which means we can also help you with all of your personal care needs including assisting with your medication.

You will have an individualised activity programme that will be tailored to meet your own ideas, build in activities that you enjoy as well as educational, if required.

Following your assessment your individual support plan will be agreed by you and your care manager, this will identify how many hours of 1 to 1 support you may need, staff can support you.

Each flat has a fully functioning kitchen, you will be able to do your own shopping, and cooking with staff support if required, you can chose meals and meal times that suit your life style and activities. Our Accommodation

Thurlestone Avenue offers 6 flats in Barnet with supported living services We currently provide supported living services in conjunction with a private community landlord. Thurlestone Avenue is a converted double fronted property and comprises of 3 self-contained one bedroom flats and 3 self contained studios. In addition, there is a shared communal living room, fully fitted kitchen, laundry room and enclosed garden.

Thurlestone Avenue provides support on hand 24 hours a day in addition to your tailored support package.
