I have worked in the health and social care sector since 1994, and I’ve carried out most roles within care homes in this time, from care worker – through senior and deputy roles – to manager and service manager. I am a qualified trainer in many Social Care subjects.
I am a great believer in teamwork, as I believe we can achieve more when we work together in partnership.
